The FY24/25 rate for monetary contribution to satisfy Beneficial Use of Dredged Material is $1.20 per cubic yard requirements for projects with excavation of ≥25,000 cubic yards. All applications received after June 30, 2024 that propose to use the monetary contribution option to satisfy beneficial use of dredged material requirement will be charged this rate.
