On Tuesday, January 16, 2018, the Office of Mineral Resources on behalf of the State Mineral and Energy Board advertised in the “The Notice of Publication” for receipt of sealed bids on or before 12:00 noon on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 for State Leases to be awarded upon Tracts 44841 through 44846, inclusive, at its February 14, 2018 Lease Sale. Due to the Office of Mineral Resources being closed on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, the deadline should have been advertised as 8:15 a.m., Wednesday, February 14, 2018.
