Inspection and Enforcement

The Inspection and Enforcement Section is responsible for review of Lease Facility Inspection Reports, Production Pit Reports, Reserve Pit Inspection Reports, and Narrative Reports and the issuance of Compliance Orders to address violations of the Office of Conservation rules and regulations. This section also processes applications for Unit Termination (29-L-3) and Site Clearance Verification, and approves Unit Survey Plats.
