The Louisiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will hold a two-day Oil and Gas Seminar on Sept. 13-14 in New Orleans at the Windsor Court Hotel. The seminar will be attended by employees of oil and gas companies from Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and Mississippi.

BATON ROUGE – Officials at the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources today issued an amendment to Statewide Order No. 29-B, extending another 30 days the order requiring "continued waste profile analyses of exploration and production (E&P) oilfield waste prior to shipment to a commercial facility and waste verification testing upon receipt by a commercial facility".

Having resigned his local government presidency in St. Martin Parish on Monday, Secretary Angelle hit the ground running on Tuesday and moved into Governor Blanco’s regime, officially taking the reign at the State Capitol Park Complex/LaSalle Office Building at DNR.
