DNR and Corp set public meetings for Coastal Plan

Officials of the state Department of Natural Resources and the U. S. Corp of Engineers New Orleans District have announced that public meetings for the Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement and Draft Louisiana Coastal Area (LCA) Louisiana – Ecosystem Restoration Study Report will be held starting July 27th through August 10th .

The meetings begin with an open house and overview of plan at 6 p.m. and followed by a public comment session at 7:30 p.m. at the following locations:
