DNR director part of panel to discuss energy issues

ConocoPhillips believes it's up to today's energy leaders to set the stage for tomorrow's energy solutions, from alternative renewable fuels to traditional sources like oil and gas. That's why we're hosting a town hall meeting in Baton Rouge to discuss energy solutions that are reliable, available and environmentally friendly, and we want to hear from you. 

Join us for a Town Hall Meeting ... A Conversation on Energy will be hosted by ConocoPhillips and the Center for Energy Studies, Louisiana State University and moderated by Dr. David Dismukes, professor and associate director, Center for Energy Studies, Louisiana State University. Featured panelists include:

  • Mike French, director, technology assessment division, Louisiana Department of Natural Resources
  • Dr. Keith Ouchley, state director, The Nature Conservancy in Louisiana
  • Karen F. Wimpelberg, board president and coordinator, regulatory affairs, Alliance for Affordable Energy
  • Phil Frederickson, executive vice president, technology, ConocoPhillips
  • Sabrina Watkins, manager, environmental technology, ConocoPhillips
