The Louisiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will be continuing its series of regional workshops to help local governments make use of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program funded through the U.S. Department of Energy and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
The first two meetings were held in Baton Rouge on April 7 and August 13. The upcoming scheduled meetings are:
-
September 3

Kees Park Community Center
2450 Highway 28 East
8 a.m. to noon -
September 23

Additional workshops will be scheduled and will be posted on the DNR web site at www.dnr.louisiana.gov under the “2009 Economic Stimulus Act Review” link.
