PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR PROPOSED NEW LEASE FORM

The State Mineral and Energy Board (Board) will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. in the LaBelle Room on the 1st Floor of the LaSalle Building located at 617 North Third Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70802, to discuss Article 9 of the Proposed New Lease Form (Proposed New Lease Form updated on July 31, 2019) and to discuss any comments submitted by industry representatives and the public in reference to this specific Article. 

All comments from industry and the public on this specific Article must be submitted in PDF format to Ms. Suzanne Hyatt by close of business on August 6, 2019 by one of the following methods to be considered at this Special Meeting:
