Some Simple Tips on Making Energy-Wise Decisions
The Louisiana Department of Natural Resources’ Energy Office joins La. DEQ in encouraging all citizens to become more thoughtful and more efficient – when it comes to protecting our natural resources, our air, land, and water.
In an exclusive video produced for national Air Quality Awareness Week (April 30 - May 4), several environmental agency officials offer the public a number of simple and effortless ways to keep pollutants out of our air. DNR Energy director and spokesman Paul Miller said, “we can all protect the air that we breathe- it’s really not hard to do”.
Making a habit of keeping your vehicles maintained, changing over to LED lights, and using Energy Star products should rise to the top of your conservation and energy-smart action plan.
