ROW Staging Location Registration

Reclaimed Oilfield Waste (ROW) Staging Location Registration Form

This form is required to register Staging Locations for use of reclaimed oilfield waste (ROW) (LAC 43:XIX.313.J). A Staging Location is a registered site used by the operator for receiving and storing ROW fluids for use in that operator’s onsite or nearby downhole well operations. Please note that locations/pads for oil and gas wells which have been permitted by the Office of Conservation are considered registered sites and do not require separate registration for use as a Staging Location. Please direct any questions to Chris Sandoz at (225) 342-4505 or christopher.sandoz@la.gov
