User Access

SONRIS forms are located in Z:\SR_ICONS. Users can access SONRIS forms if they display in the form SRCN1999 - Maintain DENR Employees/Roles (accessible via SONRIS forms by selecting Conservation (Audit) > PA Codes > Maintain DENR Employees/Roles).

SONRIS roles are managed in the SONRIS Access APEX Application - see user guide here. Users with the role APEX_SONRIS_ADMIN can add or remove roles and the APEX_SONRIS_ADMIN role can only be assigned by OTS Administrators. The SONRIS Access Application is accessible via SONRIS Forms > Office of the Secretary - Utilities > SONRIS Security.

The Engineering Inspection APEX Application is utilized by Conservation's CES agents to submit various reports for wells and pits - see user guide here. Users must have the District Inspector role assigned to them via the SRCN1999 - Maintain DENR Employees/Roles form - see example in the image below. SRCN1999 is located in SONRIS Forms via Conservation (Audit) > PA Codes > Maintain DNR Employees/Roles. Users with the role DENR_EMPL can add the District Inspector role (typically the Engineering-Regulatory Inspection and Enforcement Manager). The Engineering Inspection APEX Application is located within SONRIS forms via Conservation (E and G) > Inspections and Enforcement > Engineering Inspection Application.

UCM is the application utilized for imaged documents. Users must be in the ConservationScan group to check documents in to UCM. Visit http://ucmprod.dnrdomain.dnr.state.la.us:16200/cs/ to check in documents. Visit F:\Apps\Oracle\UCM Enterprise Capture for instructions.

DODA is an internal query tool to export data from the SONRIS database. Users with the role APEX_SONRIS_ADMIN can add or remove access via DODA's User Management module. DODA is currently linked in the For Employees portion of the DENR homepage and will soon be in the SONRIS forms menu.
